摘　　要：目的:探索小儿烧伤住院期间的护理干预重点。方法:观察236例小儿烧伤病例住院期间的护理过程,总结、评定出住院期间的重点护理方法和效果。结果:通过积极的住院期间的护理干预,有重点、有措施、有条不紊的整体护理,治愈209例,治愈率88.6%。平均住院天数13.6±4.1d。收到良好的社会效益和经济效益。结论:正确良好的小儿烧伤住院期间的护理干预是救治小儿烧伤的基本保障;优质的住院期护理可以提高救治成功率和治愈率,缩短病程。Objective： To discuss the major nursing intervention for bum children during hospitalization. Method： Observed the nursing process of 236 burn children during hospital ization, summarize and rate the main nursing method and its effect for them. Result： 209 clients were cured via positive nursing intervention and whole nursing care, the cure rate was 88.6%. The average time of children in hospital were 13.6 ± 4.1 days. Conclusion： Good nursing intervention were the basic guarantee for cure burn children. It can enhance the cure rate and shortened the course of disease.
