摘  要:对纳氏试剂光度法测定水和废水中氨氮方法进行了改进,水样取样量和所加入试剂的用量均同步缩小10倍,并于美国Hach公司COD消解管中进行显色反应,另在与之配套的分光光度计上直接比色测定。改进后最低检出限为0.05 mg/L,同时将测定上限扩大到10 mg/L,精密度和准确度与标准法一致。The method of ammomia nitrogen determination in Water and Wastewater by Nessler's reagent photometer was improved. Water samples and reagent dosage reduced 10 times. Color development reaction was carried throught in COD digestion pipe of american Hach corp, then determined in suited spectmphotometer. The low limit line was 0.05 mg/L and upper limit added to 10 mg/L. Precision and veracity were determined according with standard method.
