摘　　要：为探讨别嘌呤醇药疹临床特点和预后因素,本文分析了47例嘌呤醇药疹病人,其中,男39例,女8例,死亡4例,病情反复4例。该药疹具有潜伏期长、病程长、皮疹重、易反复、且伴有全身症状等特点。其预后与皮疹类型及内脏受累程度等因素有关。47 patients with drug cruptions caused by allopurinol were analyzed in the clinical characteristics and prognostic factors. The patients were 39 males and 8 females, including 4cases of the dead and cases of the recurrence. The patients were characterized by the longer incubation period and duration, serious patterns of skin cruptions, constitutional symptoms and tending to be recurrent. It was suggested that prognosis of patients was significantly related to the types of eruptions and the damages of internal organs.
