摘  要:用MATLAB编制轴向与径向流动的氨合成反应器的一维拟均相数学模型的模拟计算程序,借助MATLAB的GUIDE设计程序,开发了氨合成反应器设计计算图形用户界面(GUI)。该程序可用于不同类型轴向床、径向床,及其组合的氨合成反应器的模拟设计。结果表明,所开发的氨合成反应器模拟程序,大大降低了设计程序编写的难度,为用户提供有良好交互功能的界面,降低了氨合成反应器的设计难度,提高氨合成反应器设计的效率。Reactor of ammonia synthesis is one of key equipments for ammonia manufacture. MATLAB is adopted to simulate the axial and/or radial flow ammonia synthesis reactor, which is described as one dimension homogeneous model. In this program, graphics user interface (GUI) is developed for the reactor simulation by using GUIDE of MATLAB. MAPLE functions and application programming interface (API) for excel, offered by MATLAB, were applied to improve GUI and design file I/O. It realized the transform between character string and numerical value by MAPLE, which makes the input of the different kinetics equation of ammonia synthesis conveniently. By applying this program, axial bed, radial bed, and their combination can be easily computed. The simulating results show that the data calculated by this program is reliable. It is demonstrated GUIDE of MATLAB language is a good helper of developing simulation program of ammonia synthesis reactors, which can reduce the heavy task of programming, give useful graphics user interface, and improve the efficiency of designing ammonia synthesis reactor.
