摘　　要：目的探讨缝匠肌蒂髂骨瓣在治疗股骨颈骨折后股骨头缺血性坏死中的应用价值。方法1995～2004年采用缝匠肌蒂髂骨瓣移植治疗股骨颈骨折后股骨头坏死27例,术后定期复查X线片观察治疗效果。结果25例股骨颈骨折愈合,22例股骨头坏死有不同程度的改善,5例股骨头缺血坏死治疗无效,其中1例行人工髋关节置换。结论缝匠肌蒂髂骨瓣能较快的为坏死股骨头提供新的血运来源,促进骨折愈合及股骨头骨质修复。Objective To investigate the applying of sartorius-ilium grafting in curing fracture of femoral neck combined with necrosis of femoral head. Methods 27 cases of fracture of femoral neck combined with necrosis of femoral head were treated by sartorius-ilium grafting,and they were callbacked termly after operation. Results 25 cases of femoral neck fracture healed up, and 22 cases reformed. 5 cases were of no effects. Of them, 1 case were treated with artificial hip-joint replacement. Conclusion Sartorius-ilium grafting can offer new blood-supply for necrotic femoral head, and accelerate the healing up of fracture and reform of femoral head.
