摘　　要：目的建立止咳平喘片中氨茶碱含量的HPLC测定方法。方法采用Kromasil 100-5C_(IH)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,流动相为甲醇-0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液(含0.2%三乙胺,用磷酸调pH 3.0)(30:70),流速1ml/min,检测波长275nm。结果该色谱条件下氨茶碱在10～130μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数r^2=0.9993,平均精密度为0.54%,平均回收率为99.51%,最低检测限为1.01μg/ml。结论该方法准确精密,简便快速,可作为止咳平喘片中氨茶碱的定量控制方法。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the quantification of aminophylline in Zhike Pingchuan Tablets. Methods Kromasil 100-5C18 （250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm） column was used. The mixture of methanol-potassium dihydrogen phosphate-triethylamine（30 ： 70 ： 0. 2, pH3.0） was adopted as the mobile phase, with flow rate as 1ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 275nm. Results The calibration curve was in good linearity over the concentration range of 10- 130μg/ml （r^2=0. 999 3）. The average recovery rate was 99.51%, the average precision was 0.54%. The lowest limit of detection was 1.01μg/ml. Conclusion The method is validated as a reliable, accurate,simple and rapid method for the quality control of aminophylline in Zhike Pingchuan Tablets.
