摘 要:目的建立波浪环境适应障碍动物模型。方法以饮用0.15%糖精水量为指标,观察SD大鼠对人工波浪环境的适应状况。将禁水后的大鼠放入漂笼内,在实验水槽中分别接受4种不同方案人工波浪刺激,测量大鼠接受刺激后1h内饮水量并和正常条件1h饮水量比较。结果4种人工波浪刺激后大鼠1h内饮水量均较正常条件1 h内饮水量显著减少(P<0.01),大鼠出现条件性厌食症。结论人工波浪刺激可诱发环境适应障碍。Objective To set up the model of environmental adaptation obstruction in rats. Methods Condition of environmental adaptation in SD rats by 0.15% saccharin solution was observed. Water banned rats were put into a lab trough and received four kinds of artificial wave stimulus methods. Then, the amount of hydroposia in an hour was compared between under normal condition and after artificial wave stimulus. Results The amount of hydroposia after four kinds of artificial wave stimulus methods were significantly less than that of normal condition (P 〈0.01 ). The rats with artificial wave stimulus were observed to occur conditioned taste cibophobia. Conclusions Artificial wave stimulus could induce environmental adaptation obstruction.
