摘  要:用蒸发冷凝法制备了不同平均粒径的Fe-47%wtNi合金超细微粒。结果表明:对成形压强相同的压结体样品,退火后,高频特性变坏,平均粒径越大越明显;对平均粒径相同的样品,退火后,高频特性与成形压强密切相关,可归因于,成形压强不同,致使压结体的结构及应力不同。选择适当的平均粒径、成形压强和退火温度,可得到高频特性优良的压结体。Fe 47%wt Ni alloy ultrafine particles with various average size are prepared by the evaporation condensation method.It is shown that under the same forming pressure,after annealing,the high frequency characterisitcs of the pressing bulk worsen with the average size, and that for samples with the same average size there arises a close relationship between the high frepuency characteristic and forming pressure. It is because the change in forming pressure will result in variation of structure and stress in the pressing bulk. The proper selection of average size, forming pressure and annealing temperature can produce pressing bulk with superior high frequency characteristic.
