摘　　要：建立了用高效液相色谱测定盐酸甲氯芬酯胶囊含量的方法。采用Hypersil C18柱（5μm，4．6mm i．d．×200mm），流动相为V（乙腈）：V（0.12％NH4HCO3～0．50％三乙胺）溶液=33：67（甲基磺酸调pH至3．0），流速：1．0mL／min，检测波长为225nm。盐酸甲氯芬酯的线性范围为1．632～163．2μg／mL，平均回收率为99．67％，RSD=1．8％（n=9）。A HPLC method was established for the determination of meclofenoxate hydrochloride capsules. The separation was performed on Hypersil C18 column （5μm, 4.6 mm × 200 mm）. The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile- 0.12% ammonium bicarbonate solution （containing 0.5 % triethylamine, adjusted to pH 3.0 with Methanesulfonic acid）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength was at 225 nm. The calibration curve was linear from 1.632 to 163.2μg/mL, and the average recovery of the method was 99.67%, RSD was 1.8% （n =9）.
