This paper discovers the features of microclimate changing laws in winter isolator, points out reasonable adjustments for breeding of laboratory animals. We observe the variety of temperature, humidity and CO2 by three different kinds of treatments: A-isolator, B-isolator, and compare the results of observations. The result of experiment indicate: (1) there is close relationship between the activity amount of chicken and the variables of temperature.humidity and CO2 in isolator; (2) The changing law of climate factors in isolator is not consistent with that of air temperature: The highest temperature appears earlier than the air temperature, and the highest relative humidity appears before that of air temperature. While the changes of temperature and humidity in the very isolator is the same with that in air; (3) The C()2 concentration in A-isolator is far higher than that in air and B--isolator, the CO2 concentration in A-isolator is related to the activity amount of chicken and the time of taking food: when less the activity amount of chicken, the lower CO2 concentration is, and otherwise; when the time of taking food, the CO2 concentration is higher; (4) Environment influence the isolator weather factors in a certain extent.
