摘  要:目的观察调气息风合剂对脑缺血大鼠血清及脑组织内IL-β、TNF-α及ICAM-1表达的影响。方法将40只Wistar雄性大鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、对照组和治疗组,后三组采用线栓法制成大脑中动脉阻塞模型;用药7d后测定各组血清和脑组织IL-β、TNF-α水平及血清、脑组织ICAM-1活性。结果调气息风合剂在脑缺血损伤后显著抑制ICAM-1、TL-1β、TNF-α的表达,与对照组相比有明显优势。结论调气息风合剂通过抑制脑缺血损伤后ICAM-1介导的一系列炎症,从而在一定程度上减轻脑组织的损伤。Objective: To observe the influence of Tiaoqixifeng Mixture to the levels of IL - 1 β, TNF - α and ICAM - 1 in serum and tissue of the rats with cerebral ischemia. Methods: 40 Wistar male rats were divided randomly into the blank group, the model group, the controlled group and the treatment group. Those in latter 3 groups were made into the model which is the obstruction of brain middle artery by the method of bolting with thread. After drugs applied (7 days later), determined the levels of IL - 1β, TNF - α and ICAM - 1 in rats of each groups. Results: Tiaoqixifeng Mixture restrained the expression of ICAM - 1, IL - 1β, TNF - α after cerebral ischemia remarkablly. Compared with those of the control group, it has obvious superiority. Conclusion: Tiaoqixifeng Mixture could restrain a series of inflammations leaded by ICAM - 1 after cerebral ischemia and reduce the damage to brain tissue to a certain degree.
