摘  要:目的比较不同影像学诊断技术在肺血减少型先心病肺动脉发育情况方面的诊断价值。方法对80例肺血减少型先心病病人,在手术前行心导管造影、MRA、CTA、超声心动图检查,分别测量肺动脉总干、左右肺动脉开口处内径、左右肺动脉远端内径,并与手术实测值之间行方差分析。结果除了超声心动图对左右肺动脉远端的检测率较低外,心导管造影、MRA、CTA均能清晰显示肺动脉总干及分支情况。超声、MRA、CTA对肺动脉内径的测量值与手术实测值相似(P>0.05)。结论MRA、CTA是无创性评估肺动脉发育情况的良好方法。 Objective To compare different imaging techniques in assessing the development of the pulmonary arteries in congenital heart disease with decreased pulmonary blood flow. Methods Pulmonary arteries and their branches diameters were measured by angiocardiography (ACG), two-dimensional echocardiography (2DE), MRA, CTA, respectively in 80 patients with cyanotic congenital heart diseases before operation. Results ACG, MRA, CTA could display the pulmonary arteries and their branches clearly. However, only proximal portions of the pulmonary artery branches could be observed. There were no significant difference (P〉0.05) among the measurements by 2DE, MRA, CTA and direct measurements in the operation. Conclusion MRA and CTA are valuable, noninvasive tools for evaluating the development status of pulmonary artery.
