臀部毛母细胞瘤

摘　　要：报告1例臀部毛母细胞瘤。患者男,37岁。因右侧臀部丘疹、斑块7年余,反复出现溃疡、无自觉症状3年就诊。皮损组织病理检查:表皮萎缩,真皮内见许多由瘤细胞组成的小团块或条索状结构,瘤细胞似基底细胞,周边排列呈栅栏状,未见异形细胞。瘤团中心有角化物,间质胶原排列疏松,见黏液沉积,瘤组织近表皮处可见多核巨细胞及上皮样细胞。A 37-year-old man presented with skin lesions diagnosed as lriehohlastoma in our hospital, He had papt, les and plaques on the right bullock for more than 7 years, which ulcerated repeatedly for 3 years, with no pruritus and pain. Histopathology showed the epidermis was atrophy. In the derma there were a few of block and cord structures consisting of masses of basaloid neoplastic cells. In the periphery of tumour the cells arranged in paliform with no heteromorphism. In the tumour centre there were comified materials and sparse interstitial collagen with mucus deposited. The multinueteated giant cells and epithelioid cells could be seen in tire topical area close to the epidermis.
