摘 要:通过试验,在温差为60℃的条件下,研究了碳纤维加固混凝土构件在低温条件下的温度应力,推导了计算温度应力的解析式,并用Ansys计算软件对温度应力进行了仿真模拟。并将解析解、仿真值及实测值三者进行了对比,且三者数值吻合较好。研究结果表明,计算温度应力的解析公式计算碳纤维加固混凝土梁的温度应力,具有足够的精度,可以满足工程上的需要;在低温条件下,温差较大的地区用碳纤维加固的混凝土构件所产生的温度应力较大,因此,粘贴碳纤维的时间宜选在春秋温度较适中的季节进行;一年内温差达到60℃以上的寒冷地区,在进行碳纤维加固混凝土构件时,应充分考虑温度应力问题。Under the condition of 60 ℃ thermal difference, temperature stress of concrete members strengthened with carbon fiber reinforced plastic is researched by test, the analytic formula of temperature stress is derived, and temperature stress of concrete members strengthened is simulated by Ansys calculating software. The results of analytic formula, simulation and test are contrasted. It is shown that the result of three kinds of calculating methods is consistent, the temperature stress of concrete members strengthened with carbon fiber reinforced plastic calculated by analytic formula possesses enough precision and meet the requirement of engineering. Under the condition of the low temperature, concrete members strengthened with carbon fiber reinforced plastic at the area where thermal difference is biggish will bring the bigger temperature stress, so the time for carbon fiber aflixion should be chosen at autumn or spring when the temperature is moderate. In the cold zone where thermal difference exceeds 60 ℃ in one year, the temperature stress should be take into more account in the course of strengthening the concrete members.
