摘  要:500 kV斗山变电站技术改造工程面广量大、时间跨度长,涉及人员多,运行设备与改造设备难以清晰分隔,运行作业与工程施工作业高度重合和交叉,现场安全管理的难度很大。简述了斗山站改造工程中实施危险点预控活动的实践,以及对过程、内容和形式进行指导,控制所应用的现代化管理方法和手段,实践表明通过强化过程控制改造达到了500 kV斗山变电站技术改造工程零违章、零事故的安全目标。Since the technical retrofit project of 500 kV Doushan Substation is characterized by large amount of work, time, and workforce, difficulties in separating operating equipment and retrofitting equipment, and overlapping of operating work and retrofitting work, it is difficult to conduct field safety management. The practice of implementing the hazard point pre-control method in the Doushan retrofit project is summarized, as well as the managerial approaches adopted to instruct and control the process, content, and style of the retrofit work. Practice shows that the safety objective of "zero peccancy and zero accident" can be realized by enhancing the process control.
