摘  要:目的研究积雪苷霜软膏对皮肤色素沉着的抑制作用,为其治疗色素沉着性疾病提供实验依据。方法中波紫外线(UVB)照射豚鼠以形成皮肤色素沉着模型。造模第30日后将模型鼠分为模型组及积雪苷霜组。模型组给予赋形剂,积雪苷霜组每日涂积雪苷霜软膏,连续30日,检测皮肤组织酪氨酸(Tyr)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)含量的变化,并运用Elivision^(TM)plus免疫组化法和图像分析法观测黑色素细胞在表皮中的分布及其分泌功能。结果模型组表皮黑色素沉着增加,Tyr、MDA含量明显升高,SOD含量降低。积雪苷霜组能减轻模型豚鼠表皮黑色素沉着,显著降低Tyr、MDA水平,升高SOD水平。结论积雪苷霜软膏对UVB诱导的豚鼠皮肤色素沉着有一定的抑制作用。Objective To investigate the effects of asiaticoside ointment on skin pigmentation to provide evidence for it's used in skin melanosis disorders. Methods Pigmentation was induced by UVB radiation on the back skins of guinea pigs. After 30 days of radiation asiaticoside ointment was topically applied. Biopsy specimens were taken from the treated skin, and the content of tyrosine (Tyr), MDA as well as activity of SOD were detected according to the commercial kits' protocols. The distribution and secretion of melanocytes were assayed by Elivision^TM plus immunohistochemical methods and image analysis techniques. Results Chronic UVB radiation resulted in marked increase of Tyr and MDA content and decrease of SOD activity as well as pigmentation in guinea pig skins. Asiaticoside ointment treatment could reverse these changes. Conclusion Asiaticoside ointment can be used in the treatment of UVB-induced pigmentation in guinea pigs.
