摘　　要：研究并实现了结合WebGIS的森林病虫鼠害管理信息系统。系统以网络技术为核心,以ArcGIS Server和J2EE技术为手段,以Oracle10g为后台数据库,将关系数据与空间数据进行有机结合,开发了由监测子模块、防治子模块、法律法规咨询子模块、代码维护子模块组成的森林病虫鼠害管理信息系统。系统实现了森林病虫鼠害管理的集成化、数据传输的网络化、病虫鼠害信息传播应用的大众化。The forest diseases, pests and mice management information system with the combination of WebGIS is researched and realized. Taking advantages of Intemet technology, by means of ArcGIS Server and J2EE, with Oracle10g as the database, combining relational data and special data, the system includes several modules such as monitor management, preventing and controlling management, law consultation management and code maintenance management. The paper makes the forest diseases, pests and mice management information system more integrating, network based and public.
