摘　　要：通过对公安民警队伍中出现的警示案例作一些分析,我们可以寻找并剖析这种现象产生的原因,并寻求行之有效的防范对策。民警违法违纪行为的发生,主观内因是主要的,此外还有公安管理机制方面的原因和复杂多变的社会大背景。抓教育,增强自身抵御能力;抓监督,加强执法权力制约;抓长效机制建设,加大规范管理力度。Through analyzing some established cases on the illegal activities of policemen, we can cast about for fresh clues and find out some countermeasures. There are many subjective factors and objective factors which bring about the illegal activities of policemen. We should pay special attention to the moral education and close supervision in order to keep away from the illegal activities of policemen. At the same, we stress the building of effective mechanism to standardize the management.
