摘 要:为了在蓄电池组充放电过程中对每个蓄电池电压进行监测,在分析了传统蓄电池电压巡检仪存在问题的基础上,设计了一种基于电压/频率转换的蓄电池电压巡检仪。该仪器以LM331作为电压/频率转换器,并采用C8051F020单片机的可编程计数器阵列采集信号的频率。本研究完成了巡检仪的硬件和软件设计,分析了LM331的工作特性。该仪器一次巡检40路输入信号不超过25ms,误差小于0.04%,适合于对蓄电池进行快速充放电的监测,也可应用于其他检测环境。In order to monitor the voltage of every battery when the battery group is charged or discharged,on the base of analyzing some questions of traditional battery voltage itinerant detector, this paper introduces a kind of design about battery voltage itinerant detector based on voltage to frequency. In this instrument, LM331 is used as voltage to frequency converter,and programmable counter array of C8051F020 single-chip is adopted to sample the frequency of the signal. The design for the hardware and software of the itinerant detector is finished, and the analysis on the characteristic of LM331 is fulfilled. The instrument is cost less than 25ms after finishing itinerant detecting one time including 40 routes of inputting signal,and the error is within 0. 04%. In conclusion,the instrument is fit for batteries testing when they are examined in instantly charging or discharging,and can be used in other examining conditions.
