摘　　要：介绍了我公司研制成功的一套LNP-8型液氮设备。该液氮设备由变压吸附设备提供纯氮气,3LY-0.8/194型回热式制冷机提供冷量将氮气液化,输液软管将液氮输送到YDZ-300液氮容器内保存,在液氮设备工作的同时,YDZ-300液氮容器内的液氮也可以同时对外提供。该液氮设备在环境温度6℃的情况下,液氮产量9.5L/h,在环境温度35℃的情况下,液氮产量8.5L/h。The LNP - 8 liquid nitrogen plant in Vaeree is described in this paper. The LNP - 8 liquid nitrogen plant mostly includes JHFN -6 PSA nitrogen plant, 3LY -0.8/194 eryoeooler, water chiller, YDZ -300 liquid nitrogen container. Nitrogen gas provided by PSA plant is refrigerated by 3LY - 0.8/194 Cryoeooler and liquefied into liquid nitrogen which vents to YDZ - 300 liquid nitrogen container. Testsresults are obtained that the capacities of LNP - 8 are 9.5L/h and 8.5L/h when the ambient temperatures are 6℃ and 35℃ respectively.
