健脑益智胶囊对基底节区脑出血术后的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察健脑益智胶囊对高血压所致基底节区脑出血术后的临床疗效。方法对于32例高血压所致基底节区脑出血患者,手术后在常规治疗的基础上,从24 h开始加用健脑益智胶囊,在第1、3、7、10 d进行GCS评分和出院时进行生活自理能力评分(Barrble评分),并与对照组比较。结果治疗组较对照组第7、10 d的GCS评分和出院时Barrble评分>60分(生活基本自理)者均优于对照组,有显著差别(P<0.05)。结论:健脑益智胶囊对于高血压所致基底节区脑出血有良好的治疗作用。对于意识障碍和生活能力均有明显改善。Objective： To observe the postsurgical clinical efficacy of Jian Nao Yi Zhi capsules on basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage caused by hypertension. Methods： Besides normal treatment, 32 cases of patients with basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage were given Jian Nao Yi Zhi capsules from the 24th hours. GCS scoring was done on the 1st, 3rd, 7th and 10th day, and Barrbh scoring was done before discharging. The resuhs were compared with the control group. Results ： Compared with the control group, the therapeutic group＇s GCS scoring on the 7th and 10th day and Barrble scoring at discharging is 60 points higher than that of the control group, which had a significant difference. （P〈0.05） Conclusion： Jian Nao Yi Zhi capsules have a favorable treating effect on basal ganglia cerebral hemorrhage caused by hypertension, and it can improve the patients＇consciousness disorder and living ability remarkably.
