摘 要:以硝酸钇和尿素为原料通过超声波-淬冷-均匀沉淀法制备超细氧化钇,对氧化钇的前驱物——Y(OH)CO3的合成及煅烧工艺进行了详细研究。讨论了制备、干燥和煅烧前驱物时的团聚对氧化钇粒径的影响,通过超声波-淬冷技术的联用抑制了制备氧化钇前驱物时的团聚,用添加溴化十六烷基三甲基铵(CTMAB)和硫酸铵的方法成功地解决了干燥和煅烧前驱物时的硬团聚问题。用XRD,SEM和DTA-TG等手段对产物进行表征。结果表明,在一定的条件下,可获得粒径约7~15 nm的超细氧化钇,XRD分析表明,合成的氧化钇为体心立方型。Ultra - fine yttrium oxide ( Y2031 particles were prepared by ultrasonic - quenching - homogeneous precipitation method with Y ( NO3 ) 3 ( yttrium nitrate ) and CO ( NH2 ) 2 ( carbamide ) as raw materials, and the synthesis and calcinations process of yttrium oxide precursor - Y ( OH ) CO3 had been studied in detail. The influences of the cluster appeared in synthesizing,drying and calcining the precursor on Y2O3 particle size were discussed. The combination of ultrasonic and quenching techniques restrained the cluster of synthesizing Y2O3 precursor. The cluster in drying and calcining precursor process was successfully solved by adding CTMAB and ( NH4 ) 2SO4. The products were characterized by XRD, SEM and DTA - TG. Results showed that ultra - fine Y2O3 with particle size 7 - 15 nm could be prepared under a certain process condition. The XRD test result showed that the synthesized were body - centered cubic form.
