摘  要:目的:探讨全自动酶标仪操作中可能的污染过程,排除因过程污染带来检测结果的影响,提高检验结果的准确性、可靠性,避免实验耗材的浪费。方法:采用全自动酶标仪检测,对1978例血清样本的检测结果进行统计、分析。结果:洗板不净造成的污染,占所有标本的1.37%;因拖带影响结果的占0.50%,加液不足量的占0.26%,其他为0.45%。结论:全自动酶标仪在测量过程中的污染对检测结果的影响不容忽视,应健全和规范其操作程序,排除污染问题。Objective To study the reasons for the pollution of Autonmtic enzwne-linked immunosorbent assay systems, find the methods to eliminate them, and improve the accuracy and confidence of medicine test. Method 1978 blood serum samples were collected and measured by the Automatic enzyme-linked inmmnosorbent assay systems. The result were descrihed and analysed. Result In 1978 test results, the pollution of washing is 1.37% the pollution of unclean sipper is 0.50%, the pollution of shortfall feeding is 0.26% and the other pollutions is 0.45%.Conclusion The effect of all kinds of pollutions in using Automatic. enzyme-linked inmunosorbcnt assay systems is so popular thdt the operational procedure should be standard and more measures should be taken to eliminate these pollutions.
