摘　　要：通过严格控制原材料,合理选择铁液化学成分与球化剂,严格按工艺进行球化处理、孕育处理,并认真控制浇注温度与时间,生产出高质量铸态高韧性球墨铸铁。By strictly controlling the raw material,rationally choosing the chemical composition and nodulizer, taking measures of intensified inoculation in the process of nodulizing and strictly controlling the pouring temperature and time, the as-cast high- tenacity nodular cast iron was produced steadily.
