摘　　要：目的使人类精子库的精液采集流程更加流畅、规范,为人类精子库供给检验合格的精液标本提供保证。方法在2005年11月精液采集中,本精子库制定详细的供精者筛查程序,并对供精者筛选结果进行分析。结果70例供精志愿者有17例筛选合格具有供精资格,筛选合格率为24.3%。精液检查不合格是供精志愿者筛查淘汰的首要原因(64.2%),其次为细菌培养阳性(17%)。其它供精者筛选不合格原因从高到低依次为衣原体感染(7.5%)、弓形虫感染(7.5%)、血压过高(5.7%)、支原体感染(1.9%)、巨细胞病毒感染(1.9%)、丙肝阳性(1.9%)和身高不够(1.9%)。结论严格的供精者筛查程序是人类精子库提供检验合格的精液标本的保证,本精子库制定的供精者筛查程序使用方便、操作流畅。Objective To smooth and standardise sperm collection in-line and guarantee valid sperm provided by human sperm bank. Methods Detail of donor screen procedure was enacted during semen collection in November 2005, and screen result of donors was analyzed. Results Among 70 volunteers, 17 donors were selected and pocessed the quality of donating semen, the rate of reasonable donor quality was 24.3%. Disqualification of sperm examination was primary reason of volunteer rejection （64.2%）, and positive bacterial culture was the second reason （17%）. Other reasons of donor disqualification is choamydiae infection （7.5%）, toxoplasmosis infection （7.5%）, hyperpiesia （5.7%）, mycoplasma infection （1.9%）, cytomegalovirus infection （1.9%）, hepatitis C infection （1.9%）, height insufficiency （1.9%）. Conclusion Strict donor screen procedure is the guarantee of valid sperm provided by human sperm bank, our sperm collection in-line is convenient and smooth.
