保存的硬脊膜修复周围神经缺损效果的实验研究

摘　　要：为进一步确定硬脊膜修复周围神经缺损的效果，该文用酒精保存的硬脊膜桥接大鼠坐骨神经缺损，术后不同时间段的光镜、电镜、电生理等指标证实，硬脊膜管内有成功的神经再生，其质量早期不如自体神经移植，随时间的推移与后者相接近，明显优于带蒂的骨骼肌桥接，硬脊膜有可能成为新的神经修复材料而应用于临床。In this study, dura mater stored in alcohol was used to repair sciatic nerve defects in rats The specimens were observed under optic and electron microscope and underwent electrophysiological examination The results showed successful nerve regeneration in dura mater tubes Two months postoperatively, dura mater reparation appeared to be inferior to nerve grafting in correcting nerve defects Four months postoperatively, there were no discernable differences between the two treatments These two methods were superior to a third method, skeletal muscle reparation Using stored dura mater to correct nerve defects is a promising new clinical treatment
