摘　　要：清代王孟英的《随息居重订霍乱论》蕴涵丰富环境医学的思想和方法。文章对该书在环境污染与疾病之间关系的认识、预防疫病的环境治理、环境管理和治理方法等进行总结,并与现代环境医学理论进行对照,表明了王氏在环境医学思想方面的远创性。该总结和分析表明王氏的环境医学思想至今仍然具有重要的现实意义。It contains many ideas of environmental medicine in （（Suixiju Chongding Huoluanlun）） by Wang Mengying in Qin dynasty. It summarized about the relations between pollution and diseases, environmental protection, diseases prevention, environmental management and the methods for pollution control in this book, and compared with the theories about modem environmen- tal medicine. It shows that Mr. Wang have created environmental medicine idea in that time. The overview and analysis of the book are valuable for its utility.
