摘  要:目的检测维药芹菜籽中总黄酮的含量,并优选其提取工艺。方法分别采用超声提取法和索氏提取法,用比色法比较维药芹菜籽中总黄酮的含量。结果以芦丁为对照品时,超声提取法测得芹菜籽中总黄酮的含量为19.61%;索氏提取法测得芹菜籽中总黄酮的含量为16.32%。结论超声提取法更为简便、稳定、可行、重现性好。Objective To determine the content of total flavonoids and optimize the extracting process in Uygur medicine Celery seeds. Methods The two different extracting methods : Ultrasonic extraction and Soxhletg extracter were used. The content of total flavonoids in Celery seeds was compared by colorimet. Results When rutin was used as standard material, the average content of total flavonoids in Celery seeds extract was 19.61% by ultrasonic extraction ,while 16.32% determined by Soxhletg extracter. Conclusion Ultrasonic extraction for detetraining the content of total flavonoids in Celery seeds extract is convenient, stable, practicible, and reproducible.
