摘　　要：目的对灯心草Juncus effusus L.石油醚和醋酸乙酯提取物的化学成分进行研究。方法运用正相和反相硅胶柱层析对灯心草石油醚和醋酸乙酯提取物进行分离纯化,并用波谱技术鉴定其结构。结果从灯心草石油醚提取物分得2个甾体化合物stigmast-4-en-6β-ol-3-one(1),(24R)-stigmast-4-ene-3-one(2),从醋酸乙酯提取物分得两个二氢菲类化合物juncusol(3)和efffusol(4)。结论化合物1和2均为首次从灯心草属植物中分得。Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of the stem of Juncus effusus L. Methods The constituents were isolated by normal- phase and reverse -phase silica gel column chromatography from the P.E. and EtOAc extract. Their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. Results Two steroid compounds were isolated from P. E. extract and identified as stig- mast-4-en-6β-ol-3-one （ 1 ）, （24R）-stigmast-4-ene-3-one （2） , two 9, 10-dihydrophenanthrene compounds were isolated from EtOAc extract and identified as juncusol （3） and efffusol （4）. Conclusion Compound 1 and 2 were isolated from Juncaceae plant for the first time.
