天山花楸中总黄酮含量的测定

摘　　要：目的采用比色法测定天山花楸中总黄酮的含量。方法以芦丁作对照品,以亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠体系为显色剂,检测波长为510nm。结果线性范围为0.0103～0.0515mg·ml^(-1),平均回收率为98.8%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.3%。结论该法为控制天山花楸的内在质量提供了依据。Objective To analyze the total content of flavonoids in Sorbus tianschanica Ruper by colorlmetric method. Methods Rutin was used as reference substance and the detecting wavelength was 510nm. Results The linearity of flavonoids was fine in the range of 0.010 3 - 0.051 5 mg,/ml, average recovery rate was 98.8 % ,RSD was 1.3 % （ n = 5 ）. ConcLusion The method can be used for the control of the inherent quality in Sorbus tianschanica Ruper.
