胡颓子对人胃癌细胞增殖抑制的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨胡颓子对人胃癌SGC-7901细胞增殖抑制作用。方法wistar大鼠随机分为5组,(1)对照组:自由饮食,(2)胡颓子组:以浓度250,500,1000 mg/L胡颓子果实水煎液ig,(3)5-氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)组:50mg/kg.wb 5-Fu ip。1周后取各组大鼠血清+RPMI-1640培养胃癌SGC-7901细胞,采用MTT法测定不同血清对胃癌SGC-7901细胞增殖的影响。结果胡颓子对胃癌细胞的增殖有显著的抑制作用(P<0.01),且抑制率随药物浓度的升高而增高,存在明显的量效关系。结论胡颓子对SGC-7901细胞增殖具有抑制作用。Objective To detect the inhibition effect of decoction of elaeagnus on proliferation in human gastric carcinoma cell SGC -7901. Methods Gastric carcinoma cell SGC -7901 was treated with rat serum which collected from rats fed with decoction of elaeagnus or administrated with 5 - fluoro - 2,4 （ 1 H,3 H）. Cell proliferation was assayed by MTT method. Results Elaeagnus significantly inhibited the proliferation of gastric carcinoma cells in a dose - dependent manner （p 〈 0.01 ）. ConcIusion Elaeagnus has the function of inhibiting gastric carcinoma cell proliferation.
