摘  要:目的通过动物实验研究灵芪蠲肝液对细胞外基质的影响。方法四氯化碳溶液复制肝纤维化模型,取血测定纤维化指标透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原(p—CⅢ)、Ⅳ型胶原(CⅣ);测定10%肝匀浆中羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量;并取肝组织做病理检查。结果四氯化碳慢性肝损伤时,灵芪蠲肝液可降低HA,LN,PSⅢ,CⅣ,Hyp,与模型组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);病理发现能减轻肝脂肪变性、减少纤维组织增生、促进肝细胞再生。结论灵芪蠲肝液能调节肝纤维化细胞外基质代谢,减少细胞外基质沉积,从而减轻肝纤维化。Objective To observe effects of Ling Qijuan Can Liquor(LQL) on extraeellar matrix in rats with hepatic fibrosis. Methods The model of hepatic fibrosis was induced by carbon tetrachloride . The changes of serum fibrosis index hyaluronis acid( HA), laminine ( LN), prosollagenⅢ( PCⅢ), collagenlg (CIV) and hydxy - proline ( Hyp ) in liver homogenates were measured. Liver tissues were taken to do pathological examination. Results Compared with model group ,LQL could notably reduce HA, LN, PCⅢ, CIV and Hyp when livers were chronic damaged, the differences were striking (P 〈 0.05 ). Pathol examination found that LQL could lighten denaturalization of liver fat and reduce hyperblasia of fibrous tissue and accelerate rebirth of liver cell. Conclusion LQL can modu- late the metabolism of ECM and reduce sediment of ECM and then alleviate hepatic fibrosis.
