摘　　要：目的研究宽叶苔草的脂溶性化学成分。方法用柱色谱法进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据分析鉴定其化学结构。结果从宽叶苔草70%乙醇提取物中分离出11个化合物,对其中4个化合物进行了结构鉴定,分别为:正三十二烷(Ⅰ),正三十二烷酸(Ⅱ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅲ),β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ)。结论化合物Ⅰ～Ⅳ均为首次从莎草科植物中分离得到。Objective To study the fat - soluble chemical constituents of Carex siderosticta. Methods The column chromatography was used for isolation of chemical constituents. The chemical constituents was separated and identified by physiochemical and spectroscopic analysis. Results Eleven compounds were isolated from 70% ethanol extract of Carex siderosticta and four of them were identified as dotfiacontan （ Ⅰ）, lacceroi cacid （ Ⅱ ）, β- sitosterol（ Ⅲ）,β- daucosterol （Ⅳ）. Conclusion Among these compounds Ⅰ -Ⅳ were obtained from sedge family for the first time.
