高效液相色谱法测定八角莲中鬼臼毒素的含量

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定八角莲中鬼臼毒素含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamon- siltm C_(18)柱;流动相:甲醇-0.1mol/L磷酸二氢钾水溶液(50:50);流速:1.0ml/min;检测波长:290nnl。结果鬼臼毒素在0.04769～0.4769mg/ml呈良好线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率为99.94%,RSD=1.71%(n=5)。结论采用高效液相色谱法测定八角莲中鬼臼毒素的含量,操作简便、准确,专属性强。：Objective To establish a method of determining Podophllotoxin in Dysosma versipellis by HPLC. Methods High Performance Liquid Chromatography was performed Diamonsil C18. The chromatography conditions were as follows： methanol - 0.1 mol/L monobasic potassium phosphate （50： 50） as mobile phase, flow rate being 1.0ml/min and detecting wavelength was 290nm, Results A good linearity of Podophllotoxin was shown in range of 0. 047 69 - 0. 476 9 mg/ml （ r = 0. 999 6 ）, the average recovery was 99.94% and RSD was 1.71% （n = 5 ）. Conclusion The method can supply evidence for the quality evaluation of Dysosma versipellis. It is simple and accurate.
