摘 要:目的优选温胆滴丸的提取工艺。方法以总氨基酸和陈皮苷含量为指标,以水为提取溶媒,采用正交实验法,来考察提取时间、提取次数与溶剂倍数对温胆滴丸提取效果的影响。结果最佳提取条件为:以12倍量水提取3次,1.5h/次。结论该提取工艺稳定,提取效率高,适合工业化生产。Objective To establish the optimal extraction technology for Wendan Dripping Pills. Methods Using the orthogonal design, observed the effect of extractive time, extractive number and solvent amount on the extraction results , with the content of the total amino acids and aurantiamarin as the indexes. Results The best extraction condition is that the crude drug is added 12 times amount water and extracted for 3 times, each time for 1.5 hours. Conclusion This extraction technology is stable and can be used in industrial production.
