中药内外合治溃疡性结肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药内外合治溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随即分为治疗组与对照组各40例。治疗组给予止溃结汤内服和愈结汤保留灌肠治疗,对照组予柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)治疗。1个月为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程后观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药止溃结汤内服和愈结汤保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of internal and external curation with the herbal medicine on ulcerative colitis. Methods 80 cases of patients were divided randomly into two groups, both the treatment group and the control group were 40 cases. The treatment group was given ZhiKuiJieTang for oral administration and YuJieTang to hold enema . The control group were given Salazosulfa Pyridine. One month for each course. The effect was observed after three courses. Results The total effec- tive rate in the treatment group was better than in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The herbal medicine ZhiKuiJieTang for oral administration and YuJieTang holding enema has obvious effect on ulcerative colitis.
