摘  要:为了分析2003年7月30日在黄河中游陕西府谷水文站发生洪峰流量为12800 m3/s大暴雨洪水过程及其特点,采用了实测、对比、调查、以及合理性分析等,对这次洪水特点进行了研究,充分说明了这次洪水"降雨量大、强度大、持续时间短、范围小、突发性强,洪水涨落急剧、洪水持续时间较短、含沙量相对较小、府谷站与历史大洪水比较是低水位大流量"等一系列特点。这次洪水给府谷、保德等县造成严重灾害,经济损失较大,还造成了部分人员伤亡。洪水河道淤积较为严重,河道行洪能力进一步减弱,河道清理整治刻不容缓。In order to analyze the process and characteristics of the rainstorm and the flood that happened at the Fugu hydrometric station of Shaanxi in the middle reaches of the Yellow River at "July. 30. 2003". and the peak flood discharge was 12 800 m^3/s,we used the methods of measuring,contrasting,investigating and reasonablly analyzing and so on , to research the characteristics of the flood. All the researches sufficiently illustrated that this flood had the series features with large rainfall volume, big intensity ,short continued period, small range, powerful sudden change, rapid the ebb and flow , short time of the flood lasted. The amount of the sand content was comparative small. Fugu hydrometric station's flood had low water level and large discharge which compared with the peak flood in the history. The flood had caused big discharge to Fugu,Baode county and so on. The economic losses was larger, it has caused some persons dead. The river bed was seriousely deposited by flood sediments,so the overpass flood ability of the river was more reduced. The river dredging and realignment was of great urgency.
