摘  要:分别克隆了叶片、苔藓和土壤中分离的Bacillus thuringiensis的aiiA基因,并对其编码的蛋白AiiA-P28、AiiA-B19和AiiA-S2进行了理化特征分析、进化树分析和空间结构的研究.结果表明AiiA-P28、AiiA-B19和AiiA-S2分子质量均为28 ku;等电点分别为4.77、4.77、4.93;三者均为亲水性蛋白,具有很高的同源性.进化树分析结果表明叶片中分离的AiiA-P28与苔藓中分离的AiiA-B19进化距离较近,而土壤中分离的AiiA-S2则与它们的进化距离较远.三维结构分析表明,AiiA蛋白具有典型的αβ/βα折叠的空间结构.The aiiA genes of Bacillus thuringiensis which were isdated from leaves, bryopsida and soil were cloned. The results showed that the deduced molecular weight of three AliA proteins were about 28 ku with the isoelectric point of 4, 77, 4.77 and 4.93 respectively. All of them were hydrophilic proteins. Phyloge- netic analysis showed AiiA proteins were highly conserved. The AiiA-P28 shared closer genetic relationship with AiiA-B19 compared with AiiA-S2. Three-dimensional structure analysis showed all AiiA proteins share an αβ/βα fold.
