摘  要:在惯性约束聚变(ICF)中,激光等离子体产生的X射线包含了丰富的信息。为了获取这些有用的信息用于诊断电子的温度和密度,本文基于椭圆几何原理研制了布拉格散射角为30~65°区域的椭圆弯晶分析器,论述了等离子体诊断谱仪的弯晶分析器加工及其性能评价。LiF晶体被用作X射线散射元件,晶体是椭圆弯曲的粘贴在偏心率为0.9586、焦距为1350mm的不锈钢衬底上。激光功率为1.6×1014W/cm2,脉宽为800~900ps,并以钛作为靶材。实验结果表明,该弯晶分析器具有比平晶分析器更好的灵敏度,光谱分辨率达到500(λ/Δλ)。The X-ray emitted from laser-produced plasmas contains plentiful information in Inertial Confinement Fusion (ICF), The spectra of elements were used for determining electron temperature and electron density. In order to obtain the useful information, we developed the Elliptical Crystal analyzer with the Bragg diffractive angle 30-65° region based on elliptical geometry theory. The fabrication and performance evaluation of curved crystal analyzer equipping the plasma diagnostic spectrometers were discussed. The LiF crystal is used as the x-ray dispersive element, which is elliptically bent and glued on a stainless steel substrate with a 0.9586 eccentricity and a 1350mm focal distance. The Plasma was produced by irradiating a fiat disk with laser light of intensity up to 1.6×10^14W/cm^2. A laser Pulse width of 800-900 ps is used and target is manufactured with Ti. The focusing crystal analyzer clearly gave an increase in sensitivity over a flat crystal. The spectrum resolution reaches 500(λ/△λ).
