摘  要:对天然气管道氮气置换工艺参数的确定及控制方法进行了研究。根据气体状态方程及相关推导和计算,导出了注氮温度、注氮压力、注氮量、注氮施工时间以及氮气和天然气的推进速度等参数的定量计算式,并分析了这些参数的最优值。结果表明:通过预计算天然气管道氮气置换工艺参数及确定其控制方法,可以提高管道的运行效率及安全性。The determination of the process parameters of nitrogen gas replacement technology for new natural gas pipeline or repaired natural gas pipeline was discussed. Both the determination and control methods of the process parameters were put forward. The quantitative equations of the process parameters such as temperature,pressure, operation time,injection amount of nitrogen gas,the advancing velocities of natural gas and nitrogen gas in pipeline were derived on the basis of the state equation of gas. The optimal values of these parameters were analyzed. The result indicated that the economic benefit,operation efficiency and security of pipeline were improved obviously by using the calculation and control methods for the process parameters in advance.
