摘  要:用添加了臭干子汁液的培养基培养果蝇,能提高果蝇繁殖率37.9%,果蝇幼虫化蛹数增加47.2%,羽化为成虫的数目增加43.5%,成虫平均体重和体长分别增加5.6%和16.6%。由此表明臭干子汁能加速果蝇生长发育,显著提高果蝇繁殖率,是一种简便易行、经济实用的实验室中果蝇培养的新方法。We added juice of bean curd with odor to the fruit fly's culture medium and found that this way could accelerate the rate of growth to 37.9%, improve the transformation rate of larva to pupa to 47.2%, enhance the rate of eclosion to 43.5%, and increase the weigh and size of the adult to 5.6% and 16.6% correspondingly . This result indicated that using bean curd with odor as food could obviously improve the propagation rate and accelerate the growth and development of Drosophila melanogaster. It' a simple and economic way to cultivate Drosophila melanogaster.
