民办技校学生心理卫生状况调查分析

摘　　要：目的探讨民办技工学校学生心理卫生状况及其影响因素。方法采用症状自评量表对192名民办技校学生进行测查,结果与国内常模青年组进行比较分析。结果民办技校学生SCL-90各因子分、阳性项目数(39.67±20.12)除躯体化因子外均高于国内正常人青年组(P<0.05或0.01);常见的心理问题为人际关系敏感、强迫、情绪抑郁和敌对性,心理问题发生率达31.67%。结论民办技校学生更易发生心理卫生问题,应积极有针对性地开展心理健康教育。Objective To explore mental heath states and its influence factors of students in private technical school. Methods Surveys were conducted in 192 students of technical school by Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） and compared with national youth norms. Results All factor＇ scores of SCL-90, Positive item numbers （39.67±20. 12） except somatization factor were obviously higher in the students of private technical school than national youth norms （P〈0. 05 or 0. 001）. The main psychological problem were interpersonal relationship sensitivity, obsessive-compulsion, depression and hostility, incidence of psychological problems of students here was 31.67%. Conclusion Students in private technical school are more likely to have psychological problems. Purposeful mental heath education should be actively developed.
