医院船女船员抗晕船与心身健康干预的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨医院船女船员干预前后抗晕船及心身健康的变化。方法在干预前后均采用自行设计的一般项目调查表、Zung氏的抑郁自评量表（SDS），肖计划编制的“应付方式问卷”，对5批次上医院船执行医疗任务的110名女船员进行调查。结果晕船病的发生率干预前为82．2％，干预后为60．2％，其中晕船症状明显减轻的人数占89．3％。干预后SDS的20个症状单项评分中，食欲减退、易倦、睡眠障碍、易哭、能力减退、忧郁、心悸、思考困难、不安、兴趣丧失、便秘均明显低于干预前，且差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．001～P〈0．05）。干预后解决问题、求助因子分明显高于干预前，自责、退避因子分明显低于干预前（P〈0．001～P〈0．05）。结论通过综合性地干预措施，能降低机体晕船病的发病率，减轻症状，维护身心健康。Objective To explore the change of female sailors＇ anti-seasickness and physical-psychological health before and after interventions in hospital ship. Methods Self-designed questionnaire, Zung SDS and Coping Mode Questionnaire compiled by Xiao were used to investigate 110 female sailors who carry out medical missions in hospital ship five batches before and after interventions. Results 82.2% suffered from seaslekness before interventions, and after interventions the ratio changed to 60.2%, and among them 89.3% had obviously alleviative seasickness symptom. After interventions, among 20 symptom single scores of SDS, anorexia, easy to tire, obsticle to sleep, easy to cry, losing ability, gloom, heart-throb, hard to think, unease, losing interest and constipation were obviously lower than that of before interventions, and there were the statistical signifieanee of difference （P〈0. 001 -P〈0. 05）. Solving problem and seeking help factors were obviously higher than that of before, and self-criticism and shelter factors were lower. Conelution Through all-around interventions, the incidence of seasickness can be reduced, symptom can be lightened and they were good to maintain the physical-psychological health.
