摘　　要：证券市场作为市场经济体系的重要组成部分,为企业的改革和发展、资源的优化配置,经济结构的调整起到了非常重要作用。上市公司是证券市场发展的基石,是一个地区经济发展的主力军。如何提高上市公司质量,优化上市公司结构具有非常重要的意义。Securities market, the significant component of system of market economy, is very important for the reform and development of enterprise, optimizing allocation of resources, adjustment of economic structure. The listed company is the core of information disclosure and the main force accelerating the economic development of a area. How to improve quality of listed corporations and How to optimize structure of the listed company has very important meaning.
