基于互联网的西部军地产学研合作技术创新模式分析

摘　　要：在建立西部军地产学研合作技术创新体系的过程中,有效解决合作技术创新中存在的问题需要靠模块化的思路。具体说来,就是通过模块化合作各方,建立支持跨组织、跨地域的合作的虚拟化、敏捷化、动态化的合作模式,进而通过广泛的合作,使合作各方专注于其核心优势所在,提高技术创新水平。In the process of building the technology innovation system working together lies in military -- civil - industry - university - institute cooperation in the westem part. Have an effect to resolve the train of thought that there exists problem needs to depend on modularization in the technological innovation working together. Specifically mentions, is through modular cooperation all quarters, establishes supports the cross organization, the cross region cooperation hypothesized, is agile, the dynamic cooperation pattern, then through the broad cooperation, causes cooperation all quarters to concentrate to its core superiority is at, improving technical innovation level.
