油酰多胺对环氧固化物性能影响研究

摘  要:由油酸和三乙烯四胺合成了环氧树脂增韧剂油酰多胺,并研究了油酰多胺的结构及其对环氧树脂三乙烯四胺的固化物性能的影响。用红外光谱对油酰多胺的结构进行了表征,简支梁冲击实验机研究了油酰多胺对固化物耐冲击性的影响,使用热变形仪和热重分析仪研究了固化物热稳定性的变化。结果表明适量的油酰多胺可以提高固化物的耐冲击强度,对固化物的硬度改变不大,使热变形温度略有降低,使起始分解温度略高。Epoxy resin was modified with oleo-amide which was prepared from oleic acid and triethylenetetramine,and whose chemical structure was identified by IR-spectrometer and the modified epoxy networks were made by curing with triethylenetetramine.The mechanical properties and thermal stabilities of the modified epoxy networks containing various oleo-amide content were characterized.It was observed that the shore hardness slowly decreases with increasing oleo-amide content.However,the toughness and impact strengthen increased gradually with increasing oleo-amide content,attained a maximum and then decreased.The optimum oleo-amide content was found to be 10 phr.
