摘　　要：To design 3,5-dimethoxystyrene-linked cyclic ketone derivatitves as new anti-inflammatory drugs,eight target compounds were synthesized through 3,5-dimethoxy benzaldehyde and heterocycle or alicyclic ring condensation.Their structures were identified by IR,HR-MS and 1H NMR,and their reaction conditions were studied.To design 3,5-dimethoxystyrene-linked cyclic ketone derivatitves as new anti-inflammatory drugs,eight target compounds were synthesized through 3,5-dimethoxy benzaldehyde and heterocycle or alicyclic ring condensation.Their structures were identified by IR,HR-MS and ^1H NMR,and their reaction conditions were studied.
