摘　　要：住宅小区在经历了电子化、自动化阶段后,20世纪90年代开始逐渐进入了智能化的发展阶段。简要介绍了智能化住宅小区的定义和组成,以某住宅小区的智能安全系统为蓝本,着重阐述了基于以太网的小区智能化安全系统的功能和组成,并介绍了网络与安全控制中心的构建和实施技术方案,最后根据系统的实地使用情况,对系统的性能特点进行了总结。After going through the stages of electronization and automation, the residential system has been gradually coming into the stage of intelligent design since the 90＇s of last century. This paper first introduces the definition and components of a residential system. Based on an intelligent residential security system we have designed and deployed,it mainly illustrates the system functionalities and components ,and introduces the architecture and technologies of the network and security control center. Finally we conclude with the system performance characteristics based on the actual usage of the system.
