压路机智能故障诊断系统中的数据库研究

摘　　要：提出了压路机智能故障诊断系统的核心硬件结构和体系结构,着重设计了智能故障系统的数据库子系统。分析了数据库中的数据组成,并在此基础上对数据库进行了概念和逻辑模型设计,最后在VC++平台上阐述了数据库实现的主要技术。样机试验表明,该数据库基本满足了压路机的故障诊断、提供解释信息等要求。This paper puts forward the core hardware structure and component architecture of intelligent fault diagnosis system of road roller,and designs the database in the intelligent fault diagnosis system mostly. At first the data origination of database is analyzed in detail, based on which, the concept model and the logic model are designed directing at the database, finally, main technology of realization of database is demonstrated on VC^＋ ＋ platform. We apply the software on road roller so as to realize faulty diagnosis and offer explanation information.
