矮牵牛花粉母细胞减数分裂和雄配子形成的观察

摘　　要：以矮牵牛品种梦幻为材料,对花粉母细胞减数分裂和雄配子形成进行细胞学观察,结果表明:终变期有7个二价体,有棒状和环状构型。胞质是同时型分裂,四分体小孢子为四面体型。成熟花粉为2-细胞型,具3个萌发孔。Petunia cultivar Menghuan was used to observe the meiosis of pollen mother cell and formation of male gametophyte. The results showed that：seven rod or ring bivalents could be observed in diakinesis. Cytokinesis of petunia belonged to simultaneous cytokinesis, and quartet cell was tetrahedron form. Mature pollen grain was two celled type with three apertures.
